Recycled 48×40”s are offered in three grades. Each type is built to the industry standard, which has 7 top boards, 5 bottom boards, and 3 Runners (or stringers).

Grade A 48×40”

• Standard build

• Cleaner wood

• Fewer Repairs

Better looking to impress the end user.

Premium (AAA) 48×40”

• ‍ ‍The same an a Grade A, except it must have 6” Lead Boards on the top and bottom.

• More compatible with automation

• GMA specification (Grocery Manufacturers Association)

Grade B 48×40” - Ugly Stepsister

• Gets the job done

• Definitely has Block repairs

• Cheap, but sturdy.

Odd = anything not a 48×40”.

Different from a “custom shipping pallet”, which requires us to cut the boards and manufacture the pallet to your preferred size,
“recycled odd size pallets” are pallets we have sorted out or kept on hand that are already the size you want.

Common examples: 48×48”, 36×36”,
48×31”, euros, 96×40”.

Pay us to haul away your scrap (wood, metal, cardboard, plastic).

If there is value in what you have, we will share that value with you. Sometimes that value can exceed the cost of us picking it up, and you will simply be paid the excess.
